Body

application/json

A Qwen Image 3.0 request: generate an image from a text prompt, or edit one guided by up to three images.

The call is asynchronous: it returns a task_id, and the image arrives as a URL in the task's generated array. One image is generated per request.

prompt
string
required

Text description of the image to generate, or of the edit to apply. When images are sent, refer to them by position: "image 1" is the first one, "image 2" the second.

Required string length: 1 - 10000
Example:

"A vertical outdoor portrait photograph with the warm ambiance of an afternoon street scene"

images
string[]

Optional input images. Without them the request is text-to-image; with them the model edits or combines them following the prompt. Up to 3 images.

Each image is a public HTTPS URL, a base64-encoded string or an upload id (upl_...). At most 10 MB, ideally 384 to 2048 px per side.

Required array length: 1 - 3 elements
aspect_ratio
enum<string>
default:1:1

Aspect ratio of the generated image. 1:1 renders at 1024x1024.

Available options:
1:1,
16:9,
9:16,
4:3,
3:4,
3:2,
2:3,
1:2,
2:1,
4:5
Example:

"1:1"

negative_prompt
string

Content you do not want to appear in the image.

Maximum string length: 500
Example:

"blurry, low quality, watermark"

seed
integer

Seed for reproducible results. When omitted, a random seed is used.

Required range: 0 <= x <= 2147483647
Example:

42

webhook_url
string<uri>

Optional callback URL that will receive asynchronous notifications whenever the task changes status. The payload sent to this URL is the same as the corresponding GET endpoint response, but without the data field.

Example:

Response

OK - The request has succeeded and the Qwen Image 3.0 process has started.
